Replacement of the former Assiniboine Bridge.
"The replacement structure will be a pedestrian walkway that will link Churchill and Kinsmen
Wellesley parks. With $100,000. dollars already earmarked for the new bridge, we are on our way
spanning the past and the future. The ultimate goal is to establish a valley trail that
will stretch from the Union Hospital to Connor Park."
